Here is or return policy

• We would love to help you with your return within 14 days of receiving your order. We cannot offer a refund after the 14 day period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. Just fill out the Contact Form below.

• All sale/clearance items are final sell and not eligible for return.

• Undergarments are non-returnable due to “hygienic reasons”.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• If you received an incorrect or damaged item please email us a picture and order number.

• We ask that you please leave a note inside your return letting us know the order number and why the item did not work for you.

• You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item.

• You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Therefore we recommend keeping your tracking number.

. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during the checkout process. Dream Life Boutique will not replace or refund lost orders correctly delivered to the provided shipping address.

• Dream Life Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen products marked as delivered by the Post Office. If shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund for your order.

•If an order is returned to us due to "insufficient address", Dream Life Boutique is not responsible and if customer still wants the order then customer should pay new shipping charges according with the weight of the order.

• If refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days (this return process is instant on our end, and the refund duration depends on your card issuing bank).
